It is exactly as described in the description. Seller sent the package very fast. Smartphone has a soft and resistant texture. Totally compatible with most bands in latinoamerica. Needs an adapter for the charger but it is easy to get. It has good cameras. I wasn't been able to unlock the phone with the fingerprint properly I personally prefer the side fingerprint scanner but I bought it for my far uncle and he use password so no problem. Generally I like it and I recommend the seller because is trusted. Thanks.

Item shipped out in about 6-7 days after order - well within stated period , and safely received in < 30 days, so no complaints there. Deducted one star from store's service rating because seller used Aliexpress Standard Shipping even though i paid extra for DHL. However, I managed to get back partial refund (for the shipping cost) very quickly so all is well.
Phone feels tough & well built, comes with bare bones Android 10. Responsiveness is OK, though screen & audio quality isn't as good as the more mainstream phones (samsung, xiaomi, oppo, etc..), I guess this must be due to the layers of waterproofing & ruggedness. Overall, great value phone.
